Frequently Asked Questions
How soon will I receive my order?
We ship every business day via USPS or UPS. Most orders are delivered 2-3 days after we ship it. Orders received after 10 AM are generally shipped the next business day. Once an order has shipped, we are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.
Can I return my order if I don’t like the fabric?
We don’t accept returns on cut fabric unless we made a mistake in cutting or in the rare case that we missed a flaw. We do our best to represent everything accurately, including colors, but we recognize that not all monitors portray shades of color alike. Other items may be returned if they are unwashed and in new condition. We refund only the original purchase price minus a small restocking fee. Original and return shipping are not refunded.
Do you send out sample swatches?
We send out free samples on a limited basis, as time permits. To order samples, please call 330-674-5292. You can order samples of a variety of our fabrics here.
I need more yards of fabric than you are showing in stock, do you have more?
We often have more since we reserve some for our retail store. If you call 330-674-5292, we can either take your order over the phone or update the inventory on the website.
My sister is coming to your store in several weeks, can I place an order and have her pick it up to save on shipping?
Yes, you can do that. On the checkout page there is an option for In-Store Pickup, which won’t charge you shipping. We will prepare your order, and it can be picked up whenever it’s convenient for you.
I don’t like ordering online, can I place my order over the phone?
Yes, you can. Please have your order and your payment information ready before you call 330-674-5292. We accept all major credit and debit cards.
We are coming to your area soon, where is your retail store?
