Shipping
We are happy to offer Free Shipping on orders totaling $100 or more. Orders less than $100 will be charged a flat rate, calculated by distance.
Preferred Carrier
Our preferred shipper is USPS but we sometimes use UPS for large packages.
Post-Shipment
After a package leaves our facility, we are not responsible if USPS loses your package.
Fast Shipping
We ship every business day, orders received after 10 AM (EST) are generally shipped the next business day.
Stock Notification
If an item will be out of stock for longer than 3 days, we will notify you.

Returns
Your satisfaction is very important to us. Please read carefully our policies concerning returns.
- Original shipping charges and return shipping are your responsibility, we will not refund shipping.
- We do not accept returns on cut fabric.
- Refunds will be given on all other items minus a 10% restocking fee.
- Please handle items carefully. All items must be returned in new condition and in original packaging. We cannot refund money for items that are used, cut, altered, washed, or returned in an unsalable condition. This includes but is not limited to excessive wrinkling, dirty, and/or contaminated with human or animal hair, or other foreign material.
